Check-in Time: 15:00.
Check-out Time: 11:00.

Cancellation Policy/Early Departure:

In case of no-show or early departure, a fee of 100% of the total amount is applied.

-Please notify the Reception about any dangers or damages of the property on time.
-Please do not remove house equipment or use it inappropriately, or in a way can that cause
impairment of any kind.  
-Please do not leave the magnetic cards active in the property when the Guest is absent.
-Please do not throw toilet paper, diapers or sanitary towels in the toilet, as serious damage is caused to the sewer system.​

-Government Environmental Tax of 1,5 euro/night/room is applied. 

Dogs:
We are a dog-friendly property, but pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the pool for the
health and safety of others. Please use a leash while in common areas and use poop bags.

Smoking:
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited in all our properties. 
Valuables, Disclaimer:
This reservation is accepted on the basis that neither the Landlord nor the property staff can
be held liable in any way and under no circumstances whatsoever for:
-Please place your valuables or personal items in the safe provided in the rooms. Valuables left
anywhere else or in common areas are at the Guests’ risks. 

-Swimming pool working hours: 10:00-19:00

Important: For security reason and fraud prevention, you must be able to present for validation the credit card provided for deposit payment, along with a photo ID.

Non-european economic area credit cards and business credit cards are subject to a 2,8% processing fee. 

We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, UNION PAY .
